The Heller 2043 MK7 (2020 vintage) is a high-capacity nitrogen reflow soldering oven engineered for advanced SMT production environments requiring tight thermal control and oxidation-free soldering performance. This system features 26 heating zones, providing extended thermal profiling capability for complex, high-layer count, and long PCBs. It includes 4 top cooling zones for controlled and stable cooling performance across multi-shift production. Configured for Nitrogen (N2) atmosphere operation, the oven includes 5 nitrogen sampling points with integrated PPM monitoring, enabling precise oxygen level control to enhance solder joint quality and reduce oxidation-related defects. The unit is equipped with an HT-05A external chiller cooling system, ensuring improved thermal stability and consistent process repeatability during continuous production. This machine includes the 26-zone forced convection heating platform, nitrogen control system with PPM sampling, HT-05A external chiller unit, industrial conveyor system, SMEMA interface compatibility, control console, and standard signal cables, ensuring full production readiness and seamless SMT line integration.
