The Yamaha YSM20-2 (2014 vintage) is a high-performance modular pick & place machine engineered for speed, precision, and production flexibility. Designed as an enhanced version within the YSM series, the YSM20-2 supports dual-lane operation, allowing higher throughput and optimized floor utilization. This machine is configured with dual high-speed placement heads and flying vision alignment system, enabling accurate placement of micro components up to large ICs. Its modular platform allows easy line balancing and scalability for EMS and OEM manufacturers handling medium to high-volume production. With intelligent feeder compatibility and strong tray handling support, the YSM20-2 is suitable for automotive electronics, LED lighting, industrial control boards, telecom PCBs, and mixed high-density assemblies.
