OMRON VT RNS II 2D AOI 2013

OMRON VT-RNS II (2013 model) is a high-speed inline 2D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system engineered for accurate post-placement and post-reflow inspection in SMT lines. The system utilizes high-resolution cameras and advanced image processing algorithms to detect common assembly defects such as missing components, wrong components, polarity errors, misalignment, tombstoning, solder bridges, insufficient solder, and lifted leads. Designed for stable inline integration, the VT-RNS II improves production yield by identifying defects early and providing clear defect classification and statistical data analysis. It is suitable for EMS and OEM manufacturers handling fine-pitch components, QFN, BGA (2D surface inspection), and micro-passives. The machine is tested for camera calibration, lighting uniformity, motion stability, and inspection accuracy before dispatch.
