The system is equipped with ISVI 15M_ZROT 15MP top camera and MIR 10M (15F) side-view cameras, combined with 8-phase color lighting to ensure precise 3D measurement and shadow-free inspection. It supports comprehensive inspection of solder volume, height, coplanarity, lifted leads, bridging, missing components, and polarity errors. Powered by Mirtec Inspector 5.5.400.332 software on Windows 7 platform, the MV-6e Omni delivers stable inline performance and detailed defect classification. Suitable for fine-pitch, high-density PCB assemblies in EMS and OEM manufacturing environments. Fully tested before dispatch.
