Koh Young Zenith 2 (8Way) SL Single Lane – DOM 12/2019 – is a high-precision 3D Automated Optical Inspection system designed for advanced SMT production lines. The system utilizes Koh Young’s proprietary 8-way projection light source combined with Phase Shifting Moire Interferometry (PSMI) technology to deliver true shadow-free 3D inspection. Equipped with an 8MP B/W digital camera, 15µm X/Y resolution (20µm configurable), and 1µm Z-axis resolution with up to 25mm height measurement capability, the Zenith 2 ensures highly accurate solder joint and coplanarity inspection. Suitable for high-density PCB assemblies and fine-pitch components, this system improves yield, traceability, and process control in demanding EMS and OEM environments.
